Jayendra Alumni Network (JAN) conducts structured mentorship programs to help students prepare for college education and long-term career success. Through guidance from experienced alumni and professionals, students gain clarity, confidence, and practical insights into their future pathways.

JAN's mentorship initiatives include career guidance seminars and information sessions on emerging and in-demand fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, and Space Technology. These sessions expose students to evolving career options and help them make informed academic choices.
